New to this forum. Got a KR1S from the Irish Mafia. Never had so much fun!

She came with some proper kit but I could not leave her alone. I put 35mm Strikers on her, along with what you see. Well, you will see once I figure out how to put a picture here.

Thanks!

I could really use some help. I have gleaned a bunch of information from this forum but am having a difficult time sourcing parts, particularly pistons.

CHECK WHERE THE PINS ARE !!!

I had them to. the pins where just on the inside off the rear port, meaning that the ring end on the middle side popt out to wide. that's not a problem when going up, but it is when going down. it broke the bridge between the 2 middle ports (KR1 cylinders ) :?

It wasn't until I bought a replacement piston for that one I fugured out what had happened. On the 3 pistons I had, the pins where at different locations.

Now I have given the importer in Belgium an original piston and a cylinder. He sended them to Woessner with a "polite" request to put the pins in the correct position

tidy looking bike there. Is that a modified standard swingarm, also, what wheels are those as they don't look standard?

Swingarm is modified, wheels are 17 inchers from a ZX6E. It has a Penske custom fabricated rear shock, custom manufactured rear suspension linkage and yokes, etc. The chassis geometry is set up as a 250 GP bike would be, although the wheelbase is 40mm longer than would be considered optimal. Have another frame coming over for further experimentation.

Currently, the handling is stable, if not confidence inspiring. It's fair to say that I have not raced any other bike as enjoyable as this one.

don't know if you mean the Kawa-code with ZX6E, but they look like ZZR600 wheels to me.

still have a pair on my attic, never tried to fit them (too ugly in my opinion  )

Yes, it would appear that our ZX6E was your ZZR600. Would have preferred to use ZXR400 wheels and running gear but that model was not available here.
