Took the rim of the speedo cover so i could replace it with one with no crash damage.
Stripped calipers paint and new seals + bolts.
Had a spray can colour matched for the wheels.

They had 3 coats of Halfords grey primer and 3 coats of halfords alloy wheel paint which has a metalic finish, its a very good match for the c3 model calipers.

Got the rim of very easy a screw driver under the rim lip and twist the edge up all the way round.

I'm now tempted to do mine, but I'll wait till I've finished mechanical work on my bike before doing any cosmetics.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha etc

Nice one 375, I remember getting a job in Ilford by convincing the devout couple I was a regular on Gods turf.

Told them that I attended nearly every Sunday, they looked at me gobsmacked as they only managed to attend once a month

Needless to say I got the job.

I'm dreading meeting my maker I am 8-[

Been on my holidays since last post so catch up time,
Forks fresh oil and new seal's
Wheel's both painted and tyres fitted + bearings.
Rear caliper painted and new seals.

Went to see mr b of this forum for some tips on removing the swinger bolt  as it was stuck tighter then 'Howies' wallet  two hours later got the git out, looks abit rusty and pitted but at least its out :D
Now time to get cleaning now swinger is out.

Not had a good look but can the shock be removed without taking the airbox off ?
