Has anyone looked at the chrome slides OKO sell for the PWKS ?
The genuine chrome slides are £59 each  but for OKO's they are about £46 for the pair (minus shipping from Oz)

Has anyone used these or had their genuine slides replated, maybe teflon coated, can it be done :-k

I've got a pair of the "30mm" OKO's (read: oval bored 28mm), and the slides from my PWK's wouldn't fit, so I'd be wary of trying to use their slides in your genuine carbs. Also, they were pretty shabby looking as far as quality control went, as well as being heaps heavier (cast iron instead of cast alloy sort of difference).
Stick with the stock ones mate. I'm sure you could get them coated if needs be. What wrong with the ones youve got?

Through research, development and adherance to strict ISO standards, OKO developed a revolutionary product, the OKO lightweight flatslide carburettor
that's not entirly correct :-k

They should say :

Through accurate measuements, we've tried to make as good copies of the Keihin PWK28 carburettors as possible - unfortunatly we've not succeeded in this. But if you're after a cheep carburetor for a non-high performance engine, we can deliver
