Full list of Engine Bearings Needed Please???

Hi Guys,
Has anybody got a list of all the bearings needed for a KR1S engine rebuild?
In this particular engine I am happy to use alternatives as long as they are equivalent quality.
Can you recommend a decent supplier too?
