what are the chances

of crank seals being ok on an engine thats been stood for a year or two? as the crank appears to be ok ,top end good, oil had no water or crud in it.More than 50%??? .Also what flywheel puller would i need, can i use one of the cheap ones off ebay??.

Post a link to what you've seen on egay.
Just because your bike has been sat for a while doesn't automatically mean your crank seals are ferked. Give it a service, fire it up and see.

I rescued a KR-1s from where it had been stood in a garden for 12 years. Crank seals were fine, and are still fine now, another 3 years and a few hundred miles later.
I should add, the engine had a full rebuild by Graham File just before it was abandoned in the garden, which doubtless helped, but even so, pretty impressive.
What I did was popped the barrels off to have a look, pistons and bores looked ok. You can also get a limited view of the crank- there was no visible rust so I doused it all in 2 stroke oil, stuck the barrels back on. and kicked it over- started 2nd prod
