I checked the manual, and apparently it should look like this;

some of the other gears have chunks out of them, other look Ok, but I'm not risking any of it, so does anyone want any designer KR1 paper weights?

You must have the patience of a saint- I'd have set light to it by now.....

at least I got the NC30 running now after a dodgy set of stem seals.

Now I have to make one good KR engine out of two bad ones
