Hi Guys
my old b2 when I first bought it as a winter hack was disapointingly slow.Have decided to get the auld bugger running like it should....Have dropped the engine out as i need to sort a gearbox leak....took the inspection covers off the outer power valves and discovered that one side is 180 degrees out from the other ( why the f**k any one did it is one for arthur c clarke ! ) ....can anyone help me out with how to install and set them up
Cheers
Tony
Oh and can anyone tell me why the gearbox sprocket is such a loose fit on the shaft ?....is it possible there is a differnce between the b2 and later models and its the wrong one.?

what kind of setup help do you want?

The way the sprocket locking plate works, means they all have a certain amount of play on the shaft.

The top end section of the manual covers it. If you whip the exhausts off, you can set them accurately in the open position, ensuring they are all correctly aligned.

Ben's right, also worth taking off the Kips chambers each side and checking for them being closed at the same time :) you should basically see the middle bar straight across and two outer ones diaginal to the right.
