running on 1 cilinder

yesterday put my engine back together and fired it up.
the problem is that it will start but it runs on only the left cilinder and sometimes the right cilinder will kick in.
is this a fuel problem?

tried another cdi,pickup,coils,flywheel but nothing helps.

anybody has a surgestion.

Hi Jarno
i've had this problem and it was down to fuel, one of the jets was blocked. worth checking there fuel in the float bowl
