I'm quite a way off yet, I need to finished the airbox, I am waiting for a radiator, I need to make a wiring harness and order the CDI. The barrels need to be finished and exhausts made. It will run one of the Janbros heads and I'm waiting for a few other bits and pieces to be made or finished off.

I'm getting closer each week, but aiming for June/July to get it running and down to the dyno for setup.

We (Lozza and I) have a target bhp and peak rpm for this engine, so I'm hoping for some impressive figures once it's all ran in and setup.

I'm fitted a Koso dual EGT sensor, as well as this little volt meter I picked up for a couple of quid.

It's losely based on some ideas taken from the aprilia, is all I'm prepared to say. Frits Overmars is a good source of information if anyone is interested.

Been working on the front sub frame today. There's a mounting plate for the tacho and mounting trays for the CDI and battery.

.
.
you need to get the LC boyz to whip you up a perspex pump cover
you could then make use of the drain bolt to mount a nice blue LED

is the pump going to be a constant speed, or will it be variable, if so, how will this be controlled?

I'll explain to cooling later as it all turns up, but I'm not fitting a controller, it's just going to be constant speed, shifting about 15 lpm.

The radiator should be turning up any day now, so if it's not with me early next week, I'll be chasing the manufacturer.

The Domino QA throttle arrived today from Fondseca, £72 incl postage. I've also mounted the tacho and you can see the other side of the battery and cdi holder, integeral to the front sub frame.

Also been working on the air ducting inside the frame, so needed to check I was okay with the clearance from the fuel cell. I've fitted the fairing, as the radiator should be arriving soon and I will need to take some material off the belly pan, as it does extend lower than what's provisioned for in the bodywork.

I've actually been designing the wiring loom today, nothing productive in the garage today.
