Thanks Andrew.
Just got a few jobs to get sorted and I'll be firing the engine up. Video will be taken of course, but might take me a few weeks, as I'm busy with work and I'm getting some drinking in with a trip to Prague.

Hi Ben
You don't have to go to Prague for a drink, just nip down to Yeovil

Not been about much lately, but my head is ready for action now. Had a 18 hour day at work on Saturday, so I'm off to Prague for a well deserved pissup. Once I'm back, I'll get this little lot finished and fired up.

Thanks Jan. I need to turn the back of the insert down a bit first before it's fully ready.

I put it through its first heat cycle this morning and took a video for you.
I need to iron out a few minor things and get the carbs a little better, but once done, it will be on the dyno.

No not really, I had to make some insert collars for the KIPS valves and the work you see for the insert itself, but Jan has spent a lot of time working on these cylinder heads and has done an excellent job. Also remember to run a file around the water outlets underneath, as these edges are a bit sharp. The information Jan provided for the heads was very comprehensive as well, so just have a good read of that and you'll be good to go.
