going to get some petrol later so I can finally get it running

I had the pleasure of seeing and hearing the bike when I dropped off my motor. It is a top class job.

hi martin how thick are the rearset plates ? 6 or 8mm :?: i want to redo mine over winter

they are 8mm fred.

Like it! Sounds like its running on open carbs? Then i looked and saw that half the airbox lid has been cut off so that explained that :lol: Have you got the jetting sorted on it or is that the next job?

It's almost too good for the track... Pleeeease don't lob it on the first outing as it looks fabulous

jetting should be good. prob running rich at top end. owner is going to
take it easy for the 1st track day and then check the plugs.

A quality job Martin, but I have to ask why you havn't continued the black green colour scheme to the wheels and mudguard.

I think I would probably go faster on a knacker, having a tidy job like that under me have me in double safe mode.
