started 9005rpm,s track bike this week.first picture not much, just the swinger cleaned and re greased.
this is going to be a good bike, bill from bdk was not much short of £1000.
barrels all sorted and renicosiled. head skimmed and reprofiled to run
Yamaha tz 26j pistons and a fully rebuilt crank.
professor is rebuilding a tech 2000 rear shock.

Nice work Martin =D> =D> =D>
The start of another great thread (and rebuild)
I can find the details for the smaller of the two bearings we talked about: 601A6201 but I cannot find the details of the large bearing that holds the output shaft to the clutch.....help!
Cheers,
Bernie

the ports have been worked on previously, nothing major, but a nice
job. I spent a bit of time with the dremmel. matching everything up.
surprising how much out the head and barrels are when you hold base
and head gaskets up to them.
water holes now all match up and water pipe also opened up [have a look
down inside one and you can see the flow can be improved]
