Looking at another thread in KR - KIVE - its to make up the width of the old 11MM bearing, these bearings are down to 10mm
will need a hole of 17mm for 1s spindle -
i'm worried now but hope that makes sense as thats how i'm reading it

as the bearing on the left sits against the speedo drive i would say your better of fitting a 2mm longer spacer tube between the bearings to keep the outer distance of the bearing correct as i do not believe there is anything for the spacer to sit against on the r/h side of the wheel. the left bearing sits against a circlip which is behing the speedo drive then the r/h bearing is kept at the correct distance by the spacer between the bearings. hope you understand what im trying to explain

How about 2x 1mm shims with the same OD as the bearings (and an ID that is larger than the OD of the spacer tube) along with a 2mm longer spacer tube? The washers could be installed before fitting the new bearings, holding them out the 2mm further in total that you require, and then you shouldn't have the speedo drive issue mentioned.
The shims may need a slight shamfer to match the shoulder where the bearings normally seat against, but other than that I think it'd be relatively straight forward.
Or have I missed something obvious here?
