Engine will be built using genuine gaskets everywhere except the water pump housing. i've bought loads of stuff and duplicated a few things so will be having a sale once bike is completed as i've just added up the cost of all the engine parts and remedial work and nearly had a heart attack.

Crankcases £330
Head £220
powervales £110
Nos Cutch basket, release plate and clutch plates £170
Crank rebuild and barrels replated £600
Kips Pulleys £108
Rose joints for linkages £25
Gaskets, seals, nuts bolts, and studs about £170
Aqua Blasting £125
Bllody hell i shouldn't add this up it's making me light headed

Looking good that Daz... You must of spent many a lonely night on the computer sourcing those bits. Looking forward to more pickies.
Remember , you can't take the money with you so may as well enjoy it whilst you can. !!

.
.
the internet can be very lonely....
...I'd be too busy thinking up what smart alec comment I could stamp into the engine number space
I'd probably settle on KR250BE-000001 add some resale value to the resto
