I want to run my bike with K&N pod type filters, stock engine, running on premix 40:1 fully synthetic, unknown straight through chambers and swarbrick cans, any benchmark main jet settings that somebody could recommend please??

I wouldn't bother, the air box enables a good easy mid-range set up. If you go for these filters you'll get next to zero benefit up top and crap midrange. Just get a decent piece of foam filter.
