Ok.. So full spec
New crank/rod kit/pistons
Flowed cases (mj's spec)
Lightened flywheel
Re-Worked barrels/ported
Matched crank cases/barrels
Worked reed cages
35mm Airstiker carbs
TZ250 fuel tap
RGV rad/remote filler/HRC Breather kit
Worked head for squish
F3 power valves
17" rear wheel
Braided lines - race set up
Modified carbon air box (to be finished)
Scimtu temp gauge
Purpose made dash
R6 rear shock
Zxr 400 front end
Premix with Avgas @ 35:1 currently.
Nikon Exhaust system
Race fairings
Talon rear sprocket
Rental front 1 less
Rear sets
Toby steering damper

Probably some I have missed and lots I can still do.
Gonna see how I get on.
I have to say this race bike project would not of happened if it wasn't this forum and everyone on here, with their experience and help.
I have to say a massive thanks to Ben Luders. Without his love for these fantastic bikes I would of thrown the towel in long ago ... Thanks Bud !
I'm really looking forward to this years racing with the 250 Gp guys
Hopefully many of you will make the trip to the Donnington round this year, it would be great to thank you all in person.

nice colour sceme,i take it you copied or based it on Nigel Bosworths 93/94 TZ 250,that was used in British Supercup?

Looks really Good!
this has probably been asked before but whats involved in the 17"(RGV 22?) rear wheel swap?
bit of a bummer we can get the Dunlop GPR's anymore,be good to have some choice.

You just need to get a couple of spacers machined up Dave and it fits straight in.

Thanks ARC ..... Dave, here is a link for the spacers you will need to fit an RGV Rear 17" wheel. Gives a better tyre choice although you will need to compensate in the front end for it.

Those spacers are over kill Dave, if you want to have some made let me know, I have a 2 part sketch on my laptop that will do the job.
