Oil Injection Pipes

Hi All
Its been a while since I last posted, life seems to have gotten in the way.
More like my young blokes riding motocross and speedway got in the way.
Anyhow I finally got around to rebuilding my KR1S motor after about a year of lost motivation, powder coated the frame and gave it a good tidy up while I was at it.
Today while I was checking to make sure I was getting the right amount of oil from the injectors I just had to give the banjo bolts on the pump one last tweak to make sure they were tight. SNAP !!
The damn pipe/fitting broke right where it leaves the round banjo that fixes to the pump. It has broken on the metal part of the banjo fitting
Are these pipes available ? I heard not
Has anyone made a way around this ?
I'm thinking if I can get a small enough hydraulic banjo fitting I can just run hose to the check valves on the inlet rubbers
