Front master cylinder repair kit kerfuffle

Post by headcoats »

Like a dunderhead ,i stripped my KR1S front master cylinder months ago
but now have a repair kit to put it all back together.
Trouble is i forgot how it goes back together ](*,)
I have looked on the manual but can't quite see which way the spring goes in and seal position etc.
So any helpful advice ,PICS EVEN would be great :D

it's from a ZZR600, but the internals are the same way . You can use the "+" to zoom in

big end off the spring needs to go in first, cup/seal needs to go in with the open part first and the small side off the spring should fit in there nicely
My ultimate goal is to die young as late as possible !

Cheers JB

So the widest end of the spring goes in first then the cup seal with the
little pointed bit fits in the end of the smallest end spring.
Does the second smaller seal have to have the angle going in a certain direction ?
as in towards the spring end or circlip end
