carbs info

Post by buzinc »

Hi Guys. Need some carb info. Looked at the manual but dont help
My two stroke knowledge is yam aircooled, this is my first kwack.
Removing the carbs, the L/H and R/H carbs have the float bowl drains on the inside, ie facing each other. Is this correct?

Also why does the R/H have bowden cable to adjust the idle and the L/H usual screw you cant really get at?

Also where to purchase main jets etc.
Also the airfilter foam element - I have a large piece of foam from a sofa! is the oem still available?

yes the drain screws are on the inside and the left carb has only the screw that you say, some people get another right side one to make adjusting easier, try allens performance [do a google search] thats where i got my bits from

The filter is a straight swap.
