Thanks mate, i prefer the kr-1s over the rgv. Never really used it that much i think it has only done 630 miles now owned it from new it's a 95 model but it wasn't registered untill 2001
Thank's for the comment's, the rgv look's better in the flesh than on any picture i have of it. The kr-1s is still my fave though, that and my tdr250's are the bike's i would never be with out
impressive set of bikes andy, i can confirm that the rgv is a better looking bike in the flesh than on pics. the lovely scalloped tank really looks good when the light catches it. one thing i hate about rgv's is the pipes up one side but theres plenty of ways round that these days. the fact it has done so little milaege amazes me, having said that the power delivery of a kr is addictive therefore makes sense! the kr looks damn tidy as does the tandem twin kr. do you ride the latter much? what is the older t/t kr like in terms of engine performance compared to other bikes of the era? what other bikes do you have andy? are you a die hard 2 stroke man or do you have a diesel tucked up somewhere well out the way of the camera!! lol
mgtkr1, mainly 2strokes mate apart from a 1200 bandit, cbr600fw and an early blade
The tandem twin's are nice to ride have a broader spread of power than say a mk1 gamma or an ns250r and far better than a 250lc, took the red and white kr to the festival of 1000 bikes last year was fun on the track and seemed better than my ns250r, though the ns did handle a bit better.
