Mine disintergrated as soon as the top was taken off. Glad I hadn't run the engine at this point!!!
What foam do you chaps use for replacement? I just want to use similar to std stuff but without the built-in crumble-to-dust feature!!!!!

mine did the same,just bought a standard one from cradley kawasaki for £20 odd.
I used to be so care less,as if i could'nt careless.

the Pipecross ones on Sean's site are better made and still 20 quid...i got two and they are a direct replacement...
bring a ding ding i'm a throttle happy chappy...
you cant beat a bit of blue haze...
