As standard I agree, but tune the engine slap some decent suspension on them and ride it like you stole it and believe me you can give a good few of the newer bikes a run for thier money.
On the trackday I did at Snetterton I found out that "pb" magazine was there taking photos of the new zx250r "it's featured in August's edition" they said"in the right hands it can show up some of the bigger bikes" Funny, I didn't see it go past my fifteen year old 250

It's a 3MA (reverse cylinder), exhaust restrictors and airbox snorkels removed - ??? bhp
TZR125 4FL forks with radial bottoms, ZX10r capilers, rgv 250 mudguard
stops faster than it goes!!

Here's a picture of an immaculate Suzuki GT185 (same bike as I learned to ride on back in 1976) that was restored by the chap who bought my GSX600F two years ago
These two pix are of a Yamaha TZ350A seen at a recent British Bike event (?) in Kent
If it ain't broke; fix it 'till it is!
KR1 250 twin 1989 vintage
H*nda FireStorm 996cc 'V' twin
Royal Enfield 500cc single
Ducati Stealth 748 'L' twin (748 but with a 916 engine in place instead!!!)

Nice collection. Surely not the same bikes that you had at Gibson's last year? You've been hard at it if so

The last time Liverpool Fc won the league, George Michael was black and Michael Jackson was straight or visa versa, it's that long ago I get confused.
