Had new new pistons and rings, small end etc.. tuned by ex racer who won at the manx back in early 90s on one, all i was told was it will be quick
Standard pipes and cans
Hagon rear shock
sprint damper
andy_b's old race forks
New hh pads
Brembo master cylinder
Polished frame and swingarm (blistered fingers to prove)
Standard wheels
so plan is to run Dunlop 110 d209 gp racer front and a 140 gpr alhpa 10 rear

Looks very nice, only thing I would say is get yourself some PFM disc's, http://www.pfmbrakes.com/shop.php?man=9&mod=138 I went through 2 sets of kawasaki disc's just doing trackdays (overheated & twisted) I also have Nissin calipers fitted from a fireblade, the braking now is awsome, it has loads of feel but you can lock the front if your not carefull (did it once at Cadwell first time out with new brakes)Also, I have just brought a set of tyre warmers from ian@tyre-warmers.co.uk Total price is £98 inc P&P He will make a set up for you as the rear tyre "18in" is not catered for these days If you need a set?
Good luck with your racing

great job
what will you run it in? Clubmans Pre97 or minitwins
I had plenty of confidence on the Alpha front, rear let me down (literally) when I had few too many PSI in and got much chatter, I found it needed to be under 30 (also Hagon shock maybe not setup perfect @ Kirkistown). My lap times hadnt quite come down, though not too far to go.
I will try and get there and see how you go. Good Luck

Thanks guys
Funds are low so any upgrades will be later in the year
Bodywork is Aprilia rs250 98-02 front fairings and h***a rs250 seat
Since the ss400 class made a comeback last year i will run it there. Do plan to take in a few clubmans pre97 rounds as had great fun in it last year doubt ill get near a win this year on the KR1S mind.
Not too sure how i will lap on the 250 but did respecable enough times few years ago on a cbr400 so similar or better hopefully. Cant wait to get it out
