Can generators be partly rewound ?

Dodgy Kips motor? CDI? battery? diode? reg/rect? its all gobbledygook to me but some people understand it ask tham a question here

Got a damaged YPVS F2 generator/stator and as you can see from the pic has 2 sections damaged.

Is it possible to get this repaired ?

The one section just looks like a one wire break but the other is crushed with more damage
Can it yer old boiler
