Gbox cam roller spring tension plate

Post by scooble »

When I built the race engine from scratch, I pulled the gearbox out of the old engine as a complete unit as I knew it worked well and had done several track days already.
I then built up a road engine gearbox from parts.
I looked at all of the fiches and was pretty certain that I had all the parts and assembled the gearbox as per the drawings.
Everything seemed to go together fine.
It was only when I pulled apart the race engine, I realised that the spring that puts tension on the cam follower (92081B);

is mounted to a plate which can be just about seen in this picture (blue sqaure with blue dot), but I cant seem to find amongst any of the parts listed in the fiches;

Does anyone know what this part number is, whether it is still available or does anyone have a spare that they would like to sell?

Hi Martin, that would be really appreciated. No spring required as I already have that
