No Matter How Messy Things Get You Can Always Clean Them Up.
MY MAMMA TOLD ME, IF YOU AIN'T GOT ANY PROBLEMS DON'T MAKE ONE.
TIME IS PRECIOUS WASTE IT WISELY
Yes its been on the road for just under 3yrs now, took 2yrs to build and good fun to ride.
Replacing the headlight brackets for original lc ones which i have had cut in half and pieces added so they will go around the rgv fork legs, they are at the powder coaters
ye thats the one, body work was`nt to bad but far from mint. nose cone was after market. top yokes looked like they had been for a visit in a beck(stained with mud) and yes they are the cans my apologies. all joke a side they said it had just been rebuilt and required running in but in all fairness i would`nt give more than 1500 for it as i think you would need to spend that again to ensure it was put together to my satisfaction. the chain guard was missing along with the front sprocket cover and that was just having a quick 2 minute look.
yes it is a garage, there were repairing cars while we were there. nothing to do with bikes but for all i no they could be racing them hense the earth stains.
3 big ones!you did the right thing car mchanics tend to overtighten everthing on bikes!! did the power valves cycle when ignition turned on thats a good thing to allways check,i would look for a half decent one to basket case and restore?its probally cheaper to..
Well at least you have a chance to bid what you think it's worth now? is it all original and standard (apart from cans) as fairings are hard to find if you want all original. He has mentioned oil leak is cured?
