Jim Lomas exhaust

Hello,
I bought a Jim Lomas exhaust system for my KR1-S 250 and want to know what's the best way for have not a leaking problem (extra gasket ? permatex ultra copper ?)

If you mean between exhaust and head then aluminum square section type gasket with a little exhaust paste always works well for me :)
If it takes more than 2strokes then your just playing at it..

I don't bother with a gasket - seal it with h***a 3bond (the black stuff) works fine.

If only I could figure out a way of sealing the power valves.....

With not running can brackets on mine they used to shake a lot and cover the exhaust which used to really annoy me. So I have just welded a collar on to the exhaust flange plate that goes round the outside of the exhaust So I can now seal it a lot better and it dosent move as much :D :D
