I wouldn't have thought so, but I'm an OEM head gasket fan and never use the ones in those gasket kits.

i know it`s all been done ,old hat ,but i have`nt tested it yet ,and the local fella with a dyno (without af pickups ) is cheap ,as long as i know its sort of callibrated from run to run i can work with it ,be good to do some runs with standard pipes n my home made ones, and these standard barrels with me let loose with compressed air against tother set of barrels

Hi Fred,
dont neglect to up jet by quite a few sizes when you remove the rear half of the lid, sometimes the needle needs raising aswell.
Every engines needs are different but as a safe starting point with standard barrels
155 RD
N99 needles on 3rd clip position
3/4 out on the Airscrew.
Should be safe but if in doubt and it feels a bit lively then go richer THEN work down.
hope it goes ok 8)
