- sure the carb's get enough fuel ? when you detach the fuellines, does the fuel flows nicely ?

- never mind what the manual says about the airscrew : it's way too lean. start with the screws turned out only half a turn

no i can understand but everything is how it should oil pump bled every thing cleaned just about to have a re try with every thing normal back on there bar a couple of tweeks cheers

Hi All storie so far, put me k's back on plastic bits back in, raised needle to highest position, air screw out half a turn and runs sweet as, nice and crisp spot on, will not know plug chop untill she's road worthy and at least has some breaks cheers alll wayne.

Best bet stick it in a dino thats what i had to do with my 300cc kit.

running fault

The dyno is the best way to go its so easy to hole a piston on a tuned barrel. I have a running problem with my bike at the moment i took it to a near by bike shop which has a dyno it was run and he found the fueling was good so it points to an electrical fault on the left hand cylinder i cant find whats wrong with it tried two coils two cdi an one pick up coil may be check the stator next.
