KR1S steering stop picture wanted

Hi there eveyone, I brought a kr1s project the other day and have found the steering stop has been broken off. I am going to get the frame repainted but need too fix this first. Can someone kindly take a picture of their one for me so i can make one up and get it welded back on. anyones help would be appreciated. Cheers :)

well, actually no one was riding the bike when it happened :lol:


it was on a trackday, with an R6 in front off me on a long wide fast corner. the R6 went very wide, and I thought : there's my hole, I'm diving in it. but suddenly he cut back in, probably unaware that I was there, and he's rear tire touched my front . the bike went into a gigantic whobble, threw me off and then went straigt on by itself and hit the crash barrier at +100km/h .


funny thing is : I had totaly rebuilded the bike over winter , and a couple off weeks before pictures were taken off it in a studio to appear in a belgian bike-magazine, but the bike self-destructed before it got in the mag :mrgreen:

some months later I was riding it again, but didn't bother about looks/colours/... :wink:

happened about 4 years ago .
My ultimate goal is to die young as late as possible !
