Head Gasket with Solution or Without?

Post by 500bernie »

Hi Guys (and Galls),

Just got my head gasket ready to fit (ground out to oversize), the burning question is:

Do I use a gasket solution to fit the head gasket (it is a brand new kawasaki one) or do I just put it on as it came from Mr K?
(if a solution is the best option, which is the best product to use?)

Your advice would be greatly appreciated as I only want to do this once.

Cheers,
Bernie
