I was wondering if anyone knows the best course of action for patches of worn out bits of alloy, such as the clutch cover and swing arm, I have attached a pic. Is it time to search for recon parts?

Hello, I have started to stripdown and rebuild a project (plastics so far) I was wondering if anyone knows the best course of action for patches of worn out bits of alloy, such as the clutch cover and swing arm, I have attached a pic. Is it time to search for recon parts? Thanks in advance.
