Gearbox/right side - am I being blonde?

Post by scooble »

I am about to put my engine back together and I wanted to check with the manual and the fiches the order in which things go back together.
My question is the idler gear arrangement. I can see a picture of it in the manual, but I can not find it on any of the micro fiches.
The picture below shows it assembled;

You can see in the inset picture that it marks item 'E' as washers - however, I cant see to find a diagram of this arrangement to show the quantity and part number for these washers. Although I can clearly see where the retainer (Part C) goes, I can't find this on the fiches either.
Am I missing something obvious?

Trisha

There should be a washer gearbox side, the idler gear, another washer and the circlip.
The parts fiche B8 shows the info you want on the idler gear and B13/14 the oil feed pipe?

Regards

Mark
