gasket reed valve

spoke to cradley today and the gasket to reed valve ( engine side )
is nla :( , do you make your own or would something like 3 bond do the job ? is it resistant to fuel , and which one do i need to get as there seems to be different types .

I think they come in the after market gasket kits.

just make your own out of cerial-box carton :wink:

11009-1263 is the standard reed gasket... superceded by 11009-1924
same as 11009-1941 for a KDX125-A5
should also be the same as the reed gasket for KX125 from 1982? all the way through to 2002 (changed shape 2003)
and for the KDX200
... so still available under different numbers

there is (another) rectangular gasket between the crankcase and reed box (spacer box/nozzle REED VALVE CASE) that the reedcage occupies, but this usually isnt removed

I have a vector file for the -1263 - just print onto proper suitable gasket paper - should add the gasket to the KR-Kive
